RESOLUTION NO. 315
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council sitting as the Board
of Equalization offically affirms the assessed valuations
of the Original 1962-63 Personal and Real Property Tax
Assessment Roll as made by the City Manager-Tax Assessor,
and hereby finds it to be equal in all instances, and
hereby declares that inasmuch as no petitions for adjustment
were made to the Board of Equalization, that said Roll
as submitted is the Original 1962-63 Property Tax Assess-
ment roll for the City of Seward.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved this 22nd
day of April, 1963.
