1111 CALL TO ORDER
The February 15, 2022 special meeting of the Seward Planning & Zoning Commission
was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Presiding Officer Nathaniel Charbonneau.
OPENING CEREMONY
The commission led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
ROLL CALL
There were present:

Resolutions
Resolution 2022-002, Of The Planning And Zoning Commission Of The City Of Seward,
Confirming That Phil Zimmerman's Developer Reimbursement Program Application
Meets The Requirements Set By Code 5.22.030.
Motion(Su llivan/Seese) Approve Resolution 2022-002
Bickling said the applicant was completing Phase 1 of the Gateway Subdivision, and had
submitted an application for Phase 2; Seward City Code 5.22.030 (c) required the commission's
review of the application. Bickling said the application was considered complete, and
recommended approval.
Motion Passed Unanimous
