RFBOLUTION NO. 319
BE IT RESOLVED that JAMES W. HARRISON be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an application to Occidental Life
Insurance Company of California to bind the said Company to
insure the employees of the City of Seward and their depen-
dents, for various life, hospitalization, loss of income,
medical, etc. coverages as set forth in quotation dated the
25th day of June, 1963, and to thereby bind the CITY OF
SEWARD to pay the cost of said insurance based on the rate
of Twenty-four and 19/100 ($24.19) Dollars per employee
working not less than thirty (30) hours per week, of the City
of Seward, and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish
such information as the Company may reasonably request in
connection with the application.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this 2nd day of July, 1963.
