'NHEREAS, said bids have been received, opened and evaluated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that (1) the separate bids
of the below listed persons for the property described opposite
each name or group of names as set forth on the bid/sf are
hereby accepted, and (2) upon payment in full by each bidder/sl
of the below listed bid prices and any other amounts which may
be due and/or delinquent against these properties for sewer
assessment, said payments to be made in the manner set forth
in the Bid Specifications for this sale, the City Manager and
City Clerk are hereby instructed to prepare, sign and deliver
to each successful bidder/sl a Statutory Quitclaim Deed in the
form advertised for conveyance of properties awarded in this
sale.

Publication of this Resolution shall be by posting a certi-
fied copy on the Bulletin Board at City Hall and at the Seward
Post Office, with a notice of the places of posting and a brief
statement of the purpose of the Resolution to be published in
one or more newspapers of the City, all in accordance with
Ordinance No. 315.
Passed and approved this 15th day of July, 1963 by The
Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska.
