RESOLUTION NO. 326
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Seward, through its Mayor and
City Clerk, is hereby requesting that the Highway Department of the
State of Alaska construct the side portions of the existing highway
within the city limits of the City of Seward to the standards used
and established from Jefferson Street through Railway Avenue, by
the installation of paving and curb and gutters and drainage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if this cannot be done at once, the
Highway Department of the State of Alaska shall fill the bar ditches
now used within the City of Seward to a level which shall make their
property accessible to property owners.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the COlIIlIOn Council of the City of Seward
this 5th day of August, 1963.
