RESOLUTION NO. 329
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and deliver contract dated the 19th day of
August, 1963, between the City of Seward and the City of Soldotna
for the care of City of Soldotna prisoners in the Seward City Jail
at the rate of Four and 50/100 ($4.50) Dollars per day.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City of Seward
this 19th day of August, 1963.
