BE IT RZSCLVED that the City If;anager and City ClerIc are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver Contract No.
11;,-2')-000;-2474 with 'Phe Ala.s!ca Railroad grantin,; the
City of Jeward the right to construct, operate and main-
tail. a .,^later main across a portion of the Railroad
Reserve, and to pay the fees set forth therein as such
may become due.
This He:,olution t,() be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passage and approval.
