R.E.SOLUTIC:,! EO. 3Jc";
BE IT RESOLVED t,hat the following narned persons who are
qualified electors of the City of Seward as set forth in
Sections lO.J(a) and 10.3(b) of the Home Rule Charter, are
hereby appointed and shall act as JudGe Inspector, Judges and
Clerks at the special election to be held for the purpose of
determining whether or not the City of Seward shall enter
into a long term indebtedness to finance a proposed street
paving project, the dates, conditions and specific details
of said election to be set forth in an election ordinance
for this purpose, and
BE IT FUHTHER RESOLVED that the follovline; named quali-
fied electors under Sections lO.J(a} and lO.J{b} of the Home
Rule Charter desiGnated as Alternates shall serve in the
place of any Judge or Clerk who may fail to appear on election
day. In the event the Judge Inspector fails to appear nn
election day, the City Clerk shall n~Je one of the appointed
Judges to act as Judge Inspector and one of the alternates
shall fill the position so vacated.

This Resolution to be in full force and effect imnlediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common
Gouncil of the City of Seward, Alaska, this seventh day of
October, 196J.
