BE IT RESOLVED ~ha~ ~he Ci~y Manager and Ci~y Clerk are
hereby ins~ruc~ed ~o execu~e and deliver EXTENSION AGREE-
MENT PRoviding an extension of term for two years to
CONTRACTUAL AGRJJl(ENT FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF
GARBAGE, REFUSE AND WASTE PRODUCTS be~ween ~he City of
Seward and Herman Leirer d.b.a Seward Service of Seward,
Alaska.
This Resdution to be in fUll force and effec~ immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the
Common Council of ~he Ci~y of Seward ~his 2ls~day of
October
, 1963.
