RESOLUTION NO. 347
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City C~k
are hereby instructed and authorized to execute and
deliver AGREEMENT FOR USE OF D-8 TRACTOR (DOZER) dated
15 November 1963 for the purpose of constructing a
road from the City of Seward, Alaska to Lowell Point
and beyond.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed and
approved by the Common Council of the City of Seward
