RESOLUTION NO. 350
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager and City C~k are
hereby instructed to p~ace on deposit in the City of Seward
Public Works Building Construction Account with the Seward
Branch First National Bank of Anchorage the sum of Two Thousand
and No/100 ($2,000.00) TIollars which is to be designated as
additional contingency funds as required by HHFA upon its agree-
ment to amend Project Summary and Approval dated July 3, 1963
under APw-A1aska-~)G by transferring the total amount of
construction contingency (Item 3A(4) and project contingency
(Item 7) funds in the total amount of $4414.UU to the building
including fixed equipment (Item 3A(1)) category, and that said
additional contingency funds shall be expended only after all
funds itemized in the July 3, 1963 Project Summary and Approval
of whatever category have been expended and only upon specific
prior approval of the City Council.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approv:~y the Common
Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this tf day of
December, 1963.
