RESOLUTION NO. 353
BE IT RESOLVED that an AGRE~lENT between the CITY OF
SEWARD and SAM ROMACK dated November 15, 1963, providing for
acceptance by the City of certain Quitclaim Deeds to secure
taxes due the City in connection with approving renewal of
Sam Romack's liquor licenses, authorizing acceptance of a
certain warranty TIeed from Sam Romack and setting forth
the manner of applying the proceeds f~m said warranty
as corrected P.;f)~
TIeed is hereby approvedtand the City Manager and City Clerk-
Treasurer are hereby instructed to complete all transactions
authorized by the above described AGREEMENT.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval.
