RESOLUTION NO. 354
BE IT RESOLVED that 3UPPLm~ENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 to
OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT between the City of Seward and the
State of Alaska in connection with the occupancy and
administration of the State Building in Seward, Alaska,
is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk
are hereby instructed to execute and deliver said
Supplemental Agreement No.1.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed and
approved by the Common Council of the City of Seward
