RESOLUTION NO. 355
BE IT RESOLVED that the SEivARD BRANCH, FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF ANCHORAGE at Seward, Alaska, which is a member of the
Federal Depositors Insurance Corporation, is hereby designated
paying agent and depository bank for the 1963-1964 Street
Improvements General Obligation Bond Issue funds, is hereby
named trustee for principal and interest payments which the
City will make upon said bonds from time to time, and is hereby
authorized and instructed to receive said bonds and pay them
for the City of Seward and in general to act as paying agent
and depository bank for the City of Seward in connection with
the 1963-1964 Street Improvements General Obligation Bond
Issue.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
