RESOLUTION NO. 360
BE IT RESOLVED that the Seward Branch, First National
Eank of Anchorage, be and is hereby named the paying agent and
depository bank for the funds to be received from the Housing
and Home Finance Agency and any other source whatever, to be
used in paying for the total and complete cost of constructing
the City of Seward Street Improvements, Project No. APw-Alaska-
26G, and the Elevator Addition to the Seward General Hospital,
Project No. APw #17, and that the said Bank accountsshall be
named the City of Seward, Street Improvements Construction
Account and the City of Seward, Hospital Elevator Construction
Account respectively, and
That the Seward Branch, First National Bank of Anchorage,
be, and it is hereby instructed to honor checks draw~n on the
City of Seward, Street Improvements Construction Account or
on the City of Seward, Hospital Elevator Construction Account
when bearing any two of the following signatures: James W.
Harrison, Beatrice E. watts, Calvin C. Beck or Perry Stockton.
are those above authorized:

This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and~proved by The Common
Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 20th day of January,
1964.
