RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, due to the extensive damage caused by the earthquake, tidal
waves and earth fissures on March 29, 1964. and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska. that all persons in this area may share alike in rehabilitation.
and
WHEREAS. the City Council has informally considered this proposal. and
WHEREAS. it is under actual planning by the Planning & Zoning Commission
of the City of Seward.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Seward that it is the intent of the City of Seward to proceed under
the existing laws to incorporate within the limits of the City of Seward
all
