RESOLUTION NO. 371
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS
AN AGENT FOR THE CITY OF SEWAIID IN THE MATTER OF
APW PROJECTS FOR THE RESTORATION AND REHABILITATION
OF CITY OF SEWARD COMMUNITY FACIUTIES AND TO OTHER-
WISE DO WHAT IS NECESSARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIn OF SEWARD:
Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of Seward is
hereby authorized to do all that is necessary regarding application
and administration and to otherwise represent the City of Seward in
matters pertaining to APH progrems and the rc:ci:.Jration and the
rehabilitation of City of Seward community facilities. namely: SEWAGE
TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES. SEWARD. ALASKA. damaged by the
earthquake and/or tidal waves and/or fire of }~rch 27. 1964. The
said City Manager is ordered to file as soon as possible the necessary
applications and other documents for these purposes.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval by the City Council.
