RESOLUTION NO. 382
BE IT RESOLVED that Easement granting exclusive temporary
use to Standard Oil Company of California of Adams Street
from Seventh Avenue to the Shoreline of Resurrection Bay
in accordance with the terms and conditions of Easement
dated rKtl..../', (f (:,)L- is hereby approved and the City
Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed to execute
and deliver same.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the
Common Council of the City of Seward this I JJT day of
June, 1964.
