Dear Seward City Council,
through the Seward City Clerk,
I submitted my name for your consideration to fill the open seat on City Council last
week in order to help insure that Council had options for the vote. As some of you know,
I have served on City Council for two year from 2017-2019 and continue to remain
interested and involved in local municipal goings on.
Unfortunately between last week and now I have had personal events arise (my parents'
health) that will require my attention and time extensively in the next 10 months. For
that reason, please consider this email to be my formal withdrawal from consideration
for the open seat.
I look forward to being involved in the future. and please know, that though I may not
physically make it to all the meetings, myself and many others, following along and
paying close attention from home.
Many thanks to those among you who are serving with Seward's citizens' best interests
in mind.
