BE IT RESOLVED that FRED J. }[ALT Z is hereby appointed
~anager of the City of Seward effective July 1, 1964, and that
he shall be compensated at the rate of Eleven Thousand Five
Hundred and No/100 (~11,500.00) Dollard per annum.
BE IT FURTHEE RESOLVED that FEED J. viTALTZ shall be required
to secure a Faithful Performance of Duties Bond in the amount of
Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars as set forth in Sec-
tion 1.200 of the Code of Ordinances, surety to be a registered
bonding company, guaranteeing to hold the City of Seward harm-
less from loss arising from said Fred J. daltz's failure to
faithfully perform the duties of City Manager, said bond to be
effective iffiffiediately, and premium to be paid by the City of
3eward.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Co~~on Council of the City of
Seward this 26th day of June, 1964.
