RESOLGTION NO. 405
BE IT RESOLVED that the City 1'1anager and City Clerk are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver AGREEMENT TO
HOLD HAill'.J:LESS dated the ~ day of August, 1964,
between the UNITKD STATES OF AME::~::~' S. Aill'Y
CORPS OF ENGINEERS, ITS AGENTS, .. AND ~~LOYEES,
I
and THE CITY OF SE:{ARD wherein the CITY agrees to hold
harmless GOVERill1ENT in the repairing and replacement of
sewers within the City of Seward where such sewers
b~en
have/moved and shifted by the earthquake to property
not covered by easement.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of August, 1964, by the
Common Council of the City of Seward, Alaska.
