Increase community/stakeholder ownership and involvement? Develop and establish specific Processes and Timelines for the documents needs. Timeline and Process Example: Annual Update: minimum work session, Public Hearing (February) - Muni Land Plan Changes adopted into document - Zoning Map Changes adopted into document - Utility Maps - Basic housekeeping and maintenance items 5 Year Update (ex 2025-2029): minimum requirements: one work session, one town hall, one public hearing. Advertised in newspaper and Social media well in advance. This would be done in February of the year before it would go into effect (Feb 2024). - Future Land Use Map - Photography 10 Year Update (ex 2030-2039): minimum requirements: one work session, one town hall, one public hearing. Advertised in newspaper and Social media well in advance. This would be done in February of the year before it would go into effect (Feb 2029). - Community Values Review
