RESOLUTION NO. 409
3:8 IT RSSOLVED that all funds rece:is.ed from the State of Alaska
as grant-in-aid for disaster transition fall-short of revenues
and/or extraordinary expenses shall be deposited with the Seward
Branch, First National Ean:,: of AncilOrage, \ihich shall be paying
and receiving agent for ;3aid funds; that said bank account shall
be named CITY OF SE,JARD DISASTER TRANSITION ACCOUNT; that said
Payin3 and Receiving Agent shall be and is hereby instructed to
honor all checks drawn on the above named account .;,hen bearing
any two of the following authorized signa~ures:
