RESOLUTION NO. 417
BE IT RESOLVED that further to Resolution No. 412 passed
and approved by the City Council on the 8th day of
September, 1964, that approval is hereby granted to and
the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed
to execute anq deliver S.P.OI.L DISPOSAL EASEMENT - PERPETUAL

dated the ~ day of ~.~lsnber, 1964 between the City
of Seward and the Unit ed States of America, gl ranting to
the United States of America free of cost suitable
spoil disposal area to receive the spoil resulting from
the construction of The Seward Small Boat Basin, agree-
ing to hold harmless the United States of America, etc.,
and agreeing that said spoil will not be removed or changed
without written authority of the District Engineer of
U. S. Engineer District, Alaska.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
Passed and approved this
upon passage and approval.
