RESOLUTION iJo. It2~~'
BE IT RESOLVED that Contract No. Ih-25-0003-276s
between the UNITED STATES DEPARTI1ENT OF THE INTERIOR,
THE ALASKA RAILROAD and THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
for permit to construct and maintain an electric
power transmission line across The Alaska Railroad
right-of-way and main line track at Mile 5 near
Seward, Alaska, beginning September 1, 1964 and
for a period of ten years for a lump sum fee of
$25.00 plus a fee of $10.00 per annum commencing
September 1, 1964, be and is hereby approved and
the City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver said
contract.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed
and approved by
the Common Council of the City of
