RESOLUTION NO. 430
BE IT RESOLVED that Contract No. 14-25-0003-2769,
Agreement between the City of 3eward and The
Alaska Railroad for the construction and rnainte-
nance of the City's sanitary sewer and outfall
on Alaska Railroad Property at or near the
Railroad docks, rent free, for a period of
twenty (20) years beginning March 1, 1965,
be and is hereby approved and the City Manager
and City Clerk are instructed to e;:ecute and
deliver said Contract.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed
and approved by the Common Council of the City
