RESOLUTION No. 432
Resolution authorizing filing of application with the
HousinG and Home Finance Agency, United States of America,
for a loan under the terms of Public Law 345, 84th Congress,
approved August 11, 1955, as amended.
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Public Law 345, the
United States of America has authorized the making
of loans to public agencies to aid in financing the
construction of specific public projects:
Now,Therefore, Be It Resolved By (Governing Body of
Applicant) The Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska,
1. That (Designated Official) Fred J. Waltz be and
he is hereby authorized to execute and file an
application on behalf of (Exact Legal Corporate
Name of Applicant) The City of Seward, Alaska
with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, United
States Government, for a loan to aid in financing
the construction of (Brief Project Description)
sidewalks and street improvements and paving,
2. That (Name of Authorized~resentatjve) Fred J.
Waltz, City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to furnish such information as the
Housing and Borne Finance Agency may reasonably
request in connection with the application which
is herein authorized to be filed.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect irr~ediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved this 15th
day of March 1965
