RESOLUTION NO. 435
BE IT RESOLVED that Contract Agreement between Alaska State
Housing Authority and the City of Seward providing for the
coordination of the street paving program within the Urban
Renewal Project by that program and the City's street paving
progrmll including the use of the City's engineering contract
with Tryck, Nyman & Associates and the City's construction
contract with Rogers Construction Company & Babler Brothers
with all Urban Renewal costs to be borne by Urban Renewal,
be and is hereby approved and the City Manager and City
Clerk-Treasurer are authorized and instructed to execute
said Contract Agreement and deliver same.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common
Council of the City of Seward, Alaska this 23rd day of
Harch, 1965.
