RESOLUTION NO. 437
BE IT RESOLVED that State of Alaska Department of Highways
Utility Permit No. A-474-l-65 for an overhead power line from
a tap on Seward Highway, across the Highway and following South
of Airport Road is hereby approved and the City twnager and
City Clerk are instructed to execute and deliver said Permit.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and
