RESOLUTION NO. 438
DE IT RESOLVED that State of Alaska Department of Highways Utility
Permit between the City of Seward and The State of Alaska for the
construction, maintenance, etc. of an overhead power line from
State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division of Lands
RIGHT-OF-WAY PERl-lIT ADL No. 26281 and from the standby generation
plant to the existing transmission line as described and set
forth in said Utility Permit be and is hereby approved and the
City Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed to execute and
deliver said Utility Permit. See Resolution No. 439 for Permit lillL 26281.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City of Seward,
Alaska. this 8th day of April. 1965 and to be in full force and
immediate effect as of this date.
