RESOLUTION NO. 439
BE IT RESOLVED that State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Lands. RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT ADL NO. 26281 dated the 2nd
day of April, 1965 granting the City of Seward right-of-way for a
power line from the standby generation plant site through a portion
of U. S. SURVEY 149 TRACT B, LOT 2, as otherwise set forth in said
Pennit be and is hereby approved and the City Hanager and City Clerk-
Treasurer are hereby instructed to execute and deliver said Permit.
Let it be noted that Utility Permit approved by Resolution No. 438
provides for continuation of the power line to the transmission line.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immeditely upon
passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common Council
of the City of Seward. Alaska. this 8th day of April, 1965.
