RESOLUTION NO. 442
BE IT RESOLVED that SUPPLEHENTAL AGREEHENT (To Contract 14 October
1963 Between the City of Seward and Tryck. Nyman & Associates)
providing for engineering of the paving construction to be built
in connection with the Seward Urban Renewal Project. be and is
hereby approved and the City f~nager and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to execute and deliver said SUPPLE&'ffiNTAL AGREIDffiNT;
and also that RESOLUTION NO. 338A passed and apprioved by the
City Council on the 14th day of October. 1963 be correlated and
referenced to this Resolution.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval. Passed and approved this 19th day of
April. 1965.
