RESOLUTION NO. 447
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager1s Municipal Budget Proposal
for the 1965-66 fiscal year, including letter of presentation which
is a part thereof, and containing estimated revenues and expenditures
as follows, be ADOPTED, and that the money needed therefor is hereby
appropriated:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 7.110
of the Code of General Ordinances, as Amended by Ordinance No. 310,

the total of said 1961 JS property tax on the original assessment
roll, as certified by the Borough Assessor to the City Council at
the June 7, 1965 regular Council meeting and all supplemental assess-

ment rolls for said period which may be certified to by the Borough
Assessor at a future date shall become delinquent and subject to
penalty and interest as set forth in Section 7.110 of the Code of
Ordinances as amended by Ordinance No. 310, unless at least one-half
of the total amount due is paid on or before August 15, 1965, and
the second half paid on or before November 1, 1965.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rate of levy on the 19U 6'$
personal and real property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied
at the rate of fifteen (15) mills per dollar of assessed valuation.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
