HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1965-447 ~ RESOLUTION NO. 447 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager1s Municipal Budget Proposal for the 1965-66 fiscal year, including letter of presentation which is a part thereof, and containing estimated revenues and expenditures as follows, be ADOPTED, and that the money needed therefor is hereby appropriated: Total Estimated Revenues: Budgeted Expenses: Mayor & Council City Manager City Clerk-Treasurer Finance Police Fire Public Works Boat Harbor Civil Defense Health, Education & Welfare General Services Debt Service Electric Available Capital Imp. Water Available Capital Imp. $884,858 $ 21,853 9,606 17,273 7,331 44,041 74,530 161,205 25,650 9,027 17,800 36,064 15,978 $440,358 322,820 39,680 71,007 10,993 $884,858 Certified tax assessment as of June 7, 1965, being as follows: Real Property Personal Property $7,048,944 1.438,050 $8,486,994 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 7.110 of the Code of General Ordinances, as Amended by Ordinance No. 310, '\ If'S-.;rre r r~ the total of said 1961 JS property tax on the original assessment roll, as certified by the Borough Assessor to the City Council at the June 7, 1965 regular Council meeting and all supplemental assess- -1- ~ '" ment rolls for said period which may be certified to by the Borough Assessor at a future date shall become delinquent and subject to penalty and interest as set forth in Section 7.110 of the Code of Ordinances as amended by Ordinance No. 310, unless at least one-half of the total amount due is paid on or before August 15, 1965, and the second half paid on or before November 1, 1965. /~ I,S -A1'?.P'/) J BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rate of levy on the 19U 6'$ personal and real property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate of fifteen (15) mills per dollar of assessed valuation.
