RESOLUTION NO. 450
RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute for The City of Seward a Quit-Claim deed to
Seward B. Shea and Barbara G. Shea, covering any or all
interest The City of Seward has or may have in and to
Lot 26 in Block 14 of the Original Townsite of Seward,
Alaska, for the purpose of clearing title to said lot,
which the Sheas own and have paid taxes on for some
time.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval.
