BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 441, establis ing mooring (J.);c..1/tJ
and other charges to be collected from those persons who make
use of the SEWARD MUNICIPAL SMALL BOAT HARBOR and its related
facilities under Ordinance No. 343, shall be amended to include
the following charges for the services listed herein and shall
be amended to include the following additional i'Conditionil.
UNMETERED ELECTRICITY:
Unmetered electricity from a locked outlet shall be charged for
at the rate of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar per calendaP day
or any portion thereof per consumer.
STORAGE FEES FOR IMPOUNDED BOATS AND OTHER ARTICLES:
In addition to all other charges against any boat or other prop-
erty impounded under Ordinance No. 343, there shall be charged
a storage fee of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollars per calendar
day or any portion.:thereof per article for outside storage or
Two and no/100 ($2.00) Dollars per calendar day or any portion
thereof per article for inside storage. If there exists a
choice as to the type of storage to be provided any specific
article, The City of Seward shall exercise this choice in the
protection of its over-all interests.
CONDITIONS:
Unmetered electricity shall be paid in advance. Service shall
be disconnected without notice to the consumer if payment is
not made in advance.
This Resolution shall be in:1Ull force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by The Common
Council of The City of Seward, Alaska, this 21st day of June,
1965.
