RESOLUTION KO. ~51
BE IT RESOLVED that the contract between The City of
Seward and Worthington Construction Company of Fairbanks,
Alaska, for removal and replacement of the City of Seward
primary transmission lines crossing the Snow River at
approximately Mile 18 on the Anchorage-Seward Highway
dated May 21, 1965, identified as State of Alaska,
Department of Highways Project F 031-1(7), at a total
cost of $56,$90.00 to be reimbursed in full by the State
to the City, be and is hereby approved and the City
Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed t~ execute
and deliver said contract.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon passage and approval. Passed and approved
by the Common Council of The City of Seward, Alaska,
this 6th day of July, 1965.
