RESOLUTION NO. 455
BE IT RESOLVED that Supplmental Agreement to Easement dated
June 1, 1964 and approved and authorized by Resolution No.
382 as passed and approved by the Seward City Council on
the 1st day of June, 1964, be and is hereby approved and
the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby instructed to

execute and deliver said Supplemental Agreement to Easement
to accomplish the extention of term from June 1, 1965 to
and including May 31, 1966.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by the
Common Council of the City of Seward this /p-d day of
July, 1965.
