BE IT RESOLVED that the time of completion for the side-
walk replacement cont,ract between The City of Seward and
l!.,. A. Smith Construction Co., Inc. as set forth in Article
II, Section (b) of said contract be and is hereby extended
for a period of ten (10) days, with completion to be on
or before September 4. 1965.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. Passed and approved by The

Common Council oi' The City of Seward this ~ ~day of
August, 1965.
