This meeting was originally scheduled to be in April, but it was rescheduled to May 11 in order to have a quorum. Founder's Day activities would take place at the library. HP was interested in having a proclamation at the next council meeting. CLG applications would be due late September or early October of 2023. Ward didn't want to get bogged down editing historic guidelines as a committee. She wanted to step away and have someone with fresh eyes look at the whole document. LeMaster disliked the tone of the document and suggested bringing in a technical writer. Libbrecht said the 2017 Historic Plan Update was not a priority. Benoit noted that none of the group was a professional editor and wanted to hire a professional and make this happen. Group editing will take the rest of our lives. CLG potential in June to obtain a grant for hiring a professional editor. 6:29 p.m. Libbrecht had to excuse himself. Ward said the Historic Plan needs to happen.
