By helping individual licensed childcare businesses, HYPER has successfully achieved a twofold increase and is poised to surpass the initial target of 40 licensed slots. All of this has been accomplished while operating at a significantly lower cost compared to running a traditional brick-and-mortar childcare center. By realigning our programming towards in-home providers,we are effectively extending our abilityto nurture and sustain childcare educators over the long term. This approach not only ensures the longevity of our workforce but also generates a more substantial impact on our local economy and contributes to the expansion of our childcare infrastructure.
