BE IT RESOLVED that The City of Seward shall maintain
those sewer lines connecte.9:- to the southern extension of
which arff)
its own sewer mains ,owned by the United 3tates of America,
The Alaska Railroad, and located in the Alaska Railroad
Reserve at the foot of Third Avenue, and shall assume
liability for such sewer lines in case of injury or
damage caused by their continued use as the Alaska
Railroad has advised that it has more or less abandoned
the area and is in the process of turning the land and
sewers over to The Government's General Services Admin-
istration for disposal.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed and
approvedy
