RESOLUTION NO. 471
WHEREAS William C. vincent has presented his resignation
from the elective office of city Councilman for The City of
Seward, and such resignation has been accepted by the Council
and approved effective october 5, 1965; and
WHEREAS a vacancy on the Seward City Council is created
due to the aforesaid resignation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the vacancy created
by the resignation of Councilman William C. Vincent on the
Seward City Council be placed on the October 5, 1965 election
ballot, for election by the people of one Councilman to fill
the unexpired term of one year.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward City Council this
7th day of September, 1965.
