Durant as clerk for Precinct No.2, and she ~jll ~ot b~ ~ble to serve; and WHEREAS, the alternate for Precinct No. ? may be needed as Judge Inspector; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 473 is hereby re- pealed in its entirety and that the following named persons, who are registered electors in the Seward Pr.~cinct of their residence and as below listed, are hereby appointed ~nu shall act as Judge Inspectors, Judges and Clerks of Election fo~ Sew~rd Precinct No. 1 and Seward Precinct No. 2 as set forth below, at the Gener~~~~rgi~kl Elections to be held on Tuesday, October 5, 1965, for the purpose of electing one Mayor and three Councilmen each for a two-year term, and one Councilman for a one-year term, and deciding Propositions HAil and "BII: PRECINCT NO. 1 CLERKS: Fr. Leirer Eda J. Myers Lillian E. Dangler Evelyn Empey Harold W. Davis JUDGE INSPECTOR: JUOOES : ALTERNATE: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to give written notice of appoint- ment and any and all instructions as required by Ordinance No. 306 and No. 345 to the above named persons. Let it be noted that Reso- lution No. 474 and 473 are the same except that Evelyn Empey is named in place of Mildred H. Durant. This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon pass- age and approval. Passed and approved by The Common Council of The City of Seward this 4th day of October, 1965.
