RESOLUTION NO. 477
BE IT RESOLVED that for the sum of Twenty-five and
29/100 ($25.29) Dollars, Quit Claim Deed conveying a
portion of the Eastern end of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
and 10 in Block 10 of the Laubner Addition to The City
of Seward consisting of approximately $43 square feet
by The City of Seward to the State of Alaska, Depart-
ment of Highways, be and is hereby authorized and
the City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
instructed to execute and deliver said Quit Claim
Deed.
This Resolution to be infull force and effect
immediately upon passage and approval. Passed and
approved by the Common Council of The City of Seward
this 2:L&! day of ({2 c# ~, 1965.
