RESOLUTION NO. 481
BE IT RESOLVED that the third paragraph of Resolution No. 447 estab-
lishing the rate of levy on the 1965 personal and real property tax
rolls shall be and is hereby revised to be as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rate of levy on the 1965 personal
and real property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate
of fifteen (15) mills per dollar of assessed valuation, except that a
uniform and equal tax of $5.00 a year for boats or vessels of less than
five (5) net certified or registered tons, and a like tax of $15.00
a year for boats or vessels of five (5) net certified or registered tons
or over is hereby levied in conformance with AS 29.10.339 and Sec. 7.102,
Ordinance No. 328, of the Seward Code of Ordinances.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Common Council of
