RESOLUTION NO. 483
BE IT RESOLVED that the following utility easements to provide service
to the Seward Municipal Small Boat Harbor are hereby authorized and
approved and execution by the City Manager and City Clerk-Treasurer is
hereby eonfinned:
1. Sanitary Sewer Permit, Contract No. 14-25-0003-2906 between
The Alaska Railroad and The City to cross ARR property to
connect with Northeast sewer outfall;
2. Utility Permit between the State of Alaska and The City for
sanitary sewer in the Airport Road right-of-way to connect
the Small Boat Harbor business area sewer with the Northeast
outfall.
3. Utility Permit between the State of Alaska and The City for
water mains to cross Fourth Avenue to serve the business
area West of the Small Boat Harbor.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval. Passed and approved by the Cammon Council of
The City of Seward, Alaska, this /5 ~ day of November, 1965.
