RESOLUTION NO. 487
BE IT RESOLVED that for the sum of One Hundred Five and No/100
($105.00) Dollars, Quit Claim Deed conveying a parcel of land,
which is the easterly 10.0 feet of Lot 11 in Block 4 of the Laubner
Addition to the City of Seward consisting of 300 square feet, more
or less, by The City of Seward to the State of Alaska, Department
of Highways, be and is hereby authorized, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred
Thirteen and No/100 ($2,613.00) Dollars, Quit Claim Deed conveying
a parcel of land situated northerly of the Laubner Addition,
southerly of U. S. Survey No. 241 and adjacent to the present
easterly right-of-way of Third Avenue, which parcel is irregular
in shape, extends approximately 1707 feet north and south along
said right-of-way, is approximately 37.5 feet to 65 feet wide and
contains 4.941 acres, more or less, of which 3.199 acres more or
less is contained in the existing right-of-way of FAP Route 31,
(net area conveyed equals 1.742 acres), by The City of Seward to
the State of Alaska, Department of Highways, be and is hereby
authorized, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk-
Treasurer are hereby instructed to execute and deliver the above
described Quit Claim Deeds in return for the above stated sums
of money.
