THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 491
BE IT RESOLVED that unreserved endorsement and support shall
be given to the ALASKA MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AMENDMENTS TO CS FOR
SENATE BILL NO. 101, An Act To Revise and Codify the Law
Relating to Cities and Boroughs, and that such endorsement
and support shall be transmitted to The Governor, The President
of the Senate, The Speaker of the House, The Local Government
Committees of the Senate and House, to the end that these
Amendments may be adopted as a part of CS FOR SENATE BILL
NO. 101.
