RESOLUTION NO. 494
BE IT RESOLVED that Easement Permit for storm Sewer Line
from the south end of Fourth Avenue across The Alaska
Railroad Terminal Reserve to outfall on Resurrection Bay
as set forth in Contract No.14-25-0003-2908 be and is
hereby approved and the city Manager and city clerk-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
said Permit and to make all payments required therein.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval. passed and approved by The

Common council of The city of Seward, rlaska this
day of Dftlllllllllllty:, 1966.
