RESOLUTION NO. 500
BE IT RESOLVED that State of Alaska, Department of
Highways, STANDARD UTILITY AGREEMENTS, one for Highway Project
No. ER-AO-28(l), Termini "D" Street-Seward city Limits, and one
for Highway Project ERFO-5(l), Termini Seward to Salmon Creek
providing for relocation of City of Seward power line due to
reconstruction of the State Highway as a part of the highway
construction contract and at State expense, be and are hereby
